The year of 2020 revealed the depths of loneliness, isolation and need for connection across the globe. It changed my life and awakened a passion for me to apply twenty years of pastoral experience, training and education in new and creative ways. Virtual Inspirations Pastoral Care (VIP-Care), non-denominational pastoral care service, was born out the depths of my own despair and desire to sit with others on the journey. It is my way of reaching out to say, "I see you, I want to hear you - let's share with one another on this spiritual journey."

How It Got Started
Hear It From Me - Karma Denise Kagoro
For years, I have served as a helpful role to those seeking inspiration, help, or advice. In 2000, I finally decided to own that role and be intentional about it. I entered seminary study and began a ministry career that has spanned twenty years of preaching, teaching, administration and the politics of church. In 2019, I found myself burnout and sick of church politics. So, I began a new journey and embraced chaplaincy standing with compassion to hear the heart of the person in need regardless of their faith, race, class, sexual orientation or ethnicity. I was hooked! This is where my passion for ministry came alive once again and so I offer to each of you - a compassionate listening ear without judgment. I founded Virtual Inspirations Pastoral Care (VIP-Care) with a mission to offer pastoral services to persons who don't have access but desire pastoral care. It's really that simple for me and I love what I get to do everyday!
